Due to their nature it is not possible to offer refunds on customised items.

If an item arrives damaged, deemed unfit for purpose please get in touch to organise a replacement or failing that a refund if determined necessary.

If an item is assumed lost in the post (40 days after shipping date) a refund may be arranged.
